The green-sand line capable of producing up to 120 multi-impression moulds per day to a maximum weight of 15kgs.

2 off carousel moulding lines with a throughput of approximately 120 moulds per day to a maximum weight of 25kgs.

Airset shop using synthetic sand process with a computer controlled sand management system, from 1 off moulds to 80 a day dependant upon size. The department can cast individual casts to a maximum weight of 250kgs in aluminium, gun metal/aluminium bronze approximately 60kgs.
